Selling and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for money. However, when you consent to advertising cookies, our use of the Meta Pixel (described below) may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out at any time by selecting “Decline” on our cookie banner, or by clearing your browser’s site data. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of visitors we know to be under 16 years of age.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Jane (Jane Software Inc.) for appointment booking and scheduling, and GoHighLevel for customer relationship management (CRM) and communications. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.

With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. When you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel may collect information such as pages you visit, actions you take (for example, requesting a consultation or booking), your device and browser, and your IP address, and share it with Meta. This helps us reach people with relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. The Meta Pixel does not run and no data is shared with Meta unless you accept cookies on our banner; you can decline, and you can clear the choice at any time by clearing your browser storage. As a healthcare provider, we comply with HIPAA regulations and protect your protected health information (PHI) as required by law.
